Refund policy

At DRIPSTATE COFFEE CO. we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

We Only Accept Returns on Defective Items Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are unwanted, ordered by mistake, or no longer needed. We only accept returns on items that arrive defective or damaged.

What Qualifies as a Defect A defective item is one that arrives broken, malfunctioning, or significantly different from what was described on our website. Minor cosmetic variations do not qualify as defects.

How to Submit a Defect Claim If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dripstatecoffeeco@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the defect
  • Photos of the defective item and its packaging

We will review your claim and if approved, arrange a replacement or refund depending on product availability. All claims are subject to review.

No Exchanges We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items All sales are final except in the case of verified defects covered under our policy.
